Four Steps to Weight Loss (even if you have chronic fatigue)

Listen for insights into effective weight loss strategies tailored for individuals dealing with chronic fatigue. I emphasize the importance of understanding the unique challenges faced by those with chronic fatigue and offer practical steps to achieve weight loss goals despite these obstacles. My aim is to empower viewers with actionable advice that considers their specific health circumstances.

.

Before we dive into the four steps, it's important to note that losing weight is all about the liver and lymphatic system!

.

Your liver filters the macro toxins and when it becomes over burdened and sluggish it causes fat retention.

.

Your lymphatic system filters the micro toxins and when it becomes over burdened and sluggish it causes fluid retention.

.

Organ repair and central nervous system repair starts first. As toxic fat cells disperse, the body produces a little more water to hold onto the toxins and safely release them.

.

The Four Steps:

Step 1. Remove toxic exposure

--- For more info see my other video on removing environmental toxins for healing: https://youtu.be/A6XhF38jsqQ

.

Step 2. Reduce your viral load

Removing all the trouble maker foods will help to reduce your viral load. (For more info see my other video on foods that contribute to chronic fatigue: https://youtu.be/N1zad4sjnCA)

.

--- People often relate weight gain to the thyroid, but the only reason they're related is because the viral load impacts the thyroid as well as the liver.

.

--- EBV can damage the liver storage capabilities and so the toxins get stored in your fat to keep you safe.

.

Step 3. Reduce adrenal strain on your system

--- Adrenaline causes a chain reaction that leads to weight gain. When there's too much adrenaline, the liver sponges it up and uses old stored hormones to trap and defuse the adrenaline. A bonded hormone results and if the liver is too sluggish to flush it out then it must be stored, causing weight gain.

.

--- Fats in the bloodstream trigger an adrenal response to thin out the blood so that you heart can keep pumping correctly.

.

--- Emotions = Adrenaline, we crave carbohydrates to offset adrenaline. Fat and carbs trap the adrenaline in the fat cells.

.

--- Feel the emotions and let them move out quickly instead of holding on to them and allowing them to circulate around and around.

.

Step 4. Moving your body

--- Movement helps the liver by bringing in more oxygen!

.

--- The trick is to keep your movement nice and easy so that you're not introducing more adrenaline into your system. Listen to the video for specific ideas.

.

Other factors:

--- Insulin resistance - Fats get in the way of the glucose that your body needs, so your body keeps craving sugar!
